Google Calendar Can Now Be Used in Dark Mode

Google has made a comprehensive update to the web interface of its popular Calendar app. In addition to the long-requested dark mode support, the interface now features a complete overhaul in line with Material Design 3 guidelines.

The Google Calendar web version has been revamped from top to bottom to meet the needs of the modern age… Images shared on the company’s Workspace blog showcase the eye-catching design changes. Sharp-edged designs have been replaced by round and oval shapes, bringing a softer and more modern user experience.

Enabling the dark mode, which is the most striking feature of the new update, is quite simple… Users can go to Settings > Appearance within the calendar interface and choose from three different options.

Google has announced that the task list view at tasks.google.com will also benefit from the same design updates. This means users will enjoy a consistent experience across Google services.
